Window Cleaner & Field Service Technician (Permanent Career Track)

Compensation: $20.00/Hour + Tips (Technicians average $21–$23+/hr total)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent W-2 Role. This is a long-term position with a planned winter slow down/pause in January & February (some crew members utilize NJ Unemployment or seasonal winter work during these two months, with their spots fully guaranteed for our March restart).

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Daytime), 30–40 hours per week from mid-March through December. Optional peak-season weekend overtime available.

Location: Based in Greater Princeton, NJ area (Serving mostly towns in Somerset & Mercer Counties)

The Requirements (Quick Checklist)
  • Commute: Must have reliable transportation to our meet-up location in Montgomery, NJ area (you will use a company-provided service van during the workday; zero personal vehicle mileage required for jobs).
  • License: Valid NJ Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record.
  • Legal: Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Physical: Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.
  • Heights: Comfortable with heights and occasional ladder work (typically under 20 feet).
What You Will Do
  • Clean exterior windows using hand tools and advanced, water-fed pole filtration systems.
  • Detail interior windows, screens, and tracks using traditional hand tools.
  • Perform various types of soft washing and pressure washing, and gutter cleaning services.
  • Prepare equipment and maintain organized, professional service vehicles daily.

  • Communicate politely and professionally with residential homeowners and commercial property contacts.
